Saginaw Community Mental Health Assoc.
Michigan Rehabilitation Services (MRS) helps individuals with disabilities find employment. It is a state run agency that helps individuals who are eligible for services develop employment skills to prepare for interviews and job opportunities. Many students with disabilities are eligible to work with MRS, although receiving special education and related services does not make a student automatically eligible.
In Mid-Michigan, Disability Network is able to provide assistance to people with disabilities, their families, and the community through ar variety of services. Some of the services provided by Disability Network include: Information & Referral, Peer Mentoring, Advocacy, Nursing Home Transitions, Independent Living Supports, Veterans Services, Business Services, Vocational Rehabilitation, and the STAGES youth program

Saginaw Transit Authority Regional Services (STARS)
Saginaw area public transportation that transports residents to work, school, appointments, etc...STARS provides transportation to anyone within the urbanized Saginaw area. STARS Over 48,000 senior citizens and persons with disabilities ride the STARS system each year.
SISD Transition Center
The SISD Transition supports and guides Saginaw County special education students who gain invaluable employment skills and experiences through expertise teaching and work-based learning sites. The transition Center offers work-based learning, Post-Secondary education, and the STEP program.
